Rather than operate from a single location, Al-Sukhaam works across three cities: Bauchi, Kaduna, and Abuja, each chosen for what it offers the business. There's a head office rooted in Bauchi, a provisions branch serving Kaduna, and a livestock branch trading from Dei-Dei Market in Abuja. Every branch holds to the same standard: fair dealing, dependable supply, and relationships built to last well beyond a single transaction.
Al-Sukhaam is led by Managing Director Alhaji Ibrahim Salihu, alongside six directors, all from the same family. Responsibility for the business is shared across the family rather than resting with a single owner. It's a structure that keeps decisions grounded in the long term, not the short one.
